Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the games published by Gökhan Lüleci (operating as "GLLC Online", referred to as "we," "our," or "us") — Orbit Dodge, Kule Şehri: Kat Kat Yükselt and Bento Slice 3D — and to this website. By downloading or playing our games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.

1. License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All games, artwork, music, code and other content remain our property or the property of our licensors.

2. Accounts

Some features require a guest or signed-in account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google or email account secure and for all activity under your game account. You can delete your account at any time as described on our account deletion page.

3. Fair Play

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, modified clients or exploits, or tamper with game data or our servers;
• choose a username or chef name that is offensive, misleading or infringes someone else's rights;
• harass other players or misuse social features such as friends, fleets, invites and leaderboards;
• sell, trade or transfer accounts or virtual items outside the game.

If you break these rules, we may reset your progress, remove you from leaderboards, or suspend or close your account.

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

In-game currencies, items and rewards (including those earned by watching rewarded ads) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms; refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law. We may change game balance, prices and the availability of virtual items.

5. Advertising

Our games may show optional rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always your choice. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and Availability

We continuously update our games and may add, change or remove features, events or content. We do not guarantee that the games or online features will always be available or free of errors, and we may discontinue a game with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our games are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
